Opera is very nice to look at with a lot of options. Unfortunately it's not 100% free, in order to get rid of a banner near the top of the browser window, you have to pay. Other then that Opera has a lot of options that you can choose from. You can magnify pages and de-magnify them so you can study every detail, you can choose your own css file (customizes webpages) and a lot of very nice options. The only problem is that Opera still allows pop-ups, and my pop-up stopper (that works for IE) didn't stop any of the pop-ups for Opera.
